You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales & Product Knowledge\nMust be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively. \nMust be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services. \nShould know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages. \nMust be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. \nMust be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations. \n Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers. \n Customer Experience\nMust provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience. \nShould be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty. \nMust maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.\nTeam & Organizational Success\nMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. \nMust be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.\nMust be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.\nMust be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location. \nRequirements\nMust have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience. \n Must have a high school diploma or GED.
