Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Requirements

• Must be able to proactively approach shoppers in a retail sales environment, upsell and cross-sell effectively, clearly explain plans and promotions, and build repeat-customer relationships.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons is preferred; experience in wireless/mobile sales, cable or internet sales, big-box retail sales, or other commission-based in-store sales, and experience working to sales quotas or commission targets in a retail setting, are strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Pay: $20/hour + monthly commission

Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
