Our vision: we become the compliance layer every Financial Services firm runs on.\nWhy This Role Matters\nNo one owned Red Oak's GTM systems before our Director of RevOps joined about a year ago - since then, he's brought real stability to a stack that had been patched together in pieces. Now, with our recent merger with MirrorWeb, Red Oak is running two separate Salesforce instances that need to become one, on top of a GTM motion that's doubled in size. This role exists to lead that consolidation and own Salesforce administration end-to-end afterward.\nYou'll have real autonomy over system decisions from day one, and a genuine growth trajectory if you perform - modeled on the same path our Director of RevOps took to get here.\nHigh autonomy. High ownership. High impact.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBoth Salesforce instances (legacy Red Oak and MirrorWeb) are understood, stabilized, and merged into one consolidated org.\n\nData quality issues in Salesforce are diagnosed at the root cause and resolved, not just patched.\n\nAI is handling meaningfully more manual CRM data entry than it does today.\n\nMarketing Ops and Sales Ops trust the data flowing through Salesforce for handoffs, pipeline, and reporting.\n\nThe Role\nYou'll own Salesforce administration for Red Oak's GTM organization - right now, that means understanding and helping administer two separate Salesforce instances through our merger integration, then owning the single consolidated instance that comes out the other side. You'll work hand-in-hand with Marketing Ops (who own HubSpot) on handoffs and pipeline metrics, and with Sales Ops, whose data analysis depends on the hygiene you maintain.\nAdminister both existing Salesforce instances through the merger, then own the single consolidated Salesforce org post-merge - user setup, permissions, workflows, and integrations.\n\nDiagnose Salesforce data quality issues at the root cause and build guardrails against recurring problems.\n\nPartner closely with Marketing Ops on Marketing-to-Sales handoffs and pipeline metrics, and with Sales Ops on data hygiene that feeds their analysis.\n\nUnderstand the HubSpot connector and broader GTM tool stack well enough to work across it, even though HubSpot itself is owned by Marketing Ops.\n\nBuild and maintain training materials whenever you change a process or tool that other users rely on.\n\nBe a daily power user of AI in your own workflow, and build agents yourself - not just use ones handed to you. You'll pick up where Red Oak's existing Claude agents (which already flag hygiene gaps and recommend process improvements) leave off: executing on those recommendations and building further automation as new integrations open up.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nSalesforce administration expertise - you're a genuine Salesforce pro, not someone who's dabbled.\n\nExperience owning more than one piece of the GTM stack - you haven't been pigeonholed into a single tool.\n\nBackground in SaaS.\n\nComfort working fast and juggling simultaneous requests from different stakeholders, with the confidence to give your own opinion rather than just executing tickets.\n\nAI fluency that goes beyond using tools day-to-day: you can build your own agents and automations, not just operate what's handed to you.
