等技术在企业场景中的应用，推动复杂任务自动化、知识检索、数据分析与业务决策辅助等能力落地。\n4、技术前沿跟踪与创新输出：紧跟学术界与工业界在 LLM、Agent、强化学习、多模态等方向的最新进展，进行技术预研与工程验证，并推动对外开源、论文发表、技术分享等，提升团队在大模型领域的行业影响力。\n岗位要求\n1、计算机、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历。\n2、算法与数据结构、机器学习、大语言模型基础扎实，在Kaggle、天池等机器学习竞赛中获奖者优先。\n3、两年以上大模型PreTrain、CPT、SFT、RL、OPD等实战经验。\n4、具备较强的问题分析能力、实验设计能力和结果复盘能力，能够通过数据驱动持续优化模型效果。\n5、对前沿 AI 技术有强烈兴趣，能够主动阅读论文、跟踪业界动态，并将新技术转化为可落地方案。\n6、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能够驱动产品、数据、工程等协同交付。\n7、有智能客服、对话助手、DataAgent等方向经验者优先\n你将获得\n1、深度参与Web3支付/金融行业核心场景的大模型落地机会。\n2、与优秀算法、工程、产品团队共同探索 AI Native 应用的机会。\n3、充分接触前沿
