协同产品、风控、合规团队制定支付策略，参与支付产品创新（如分期支付、聚合支付），平衡技术实现与业务增长需求。\n技能要求：\n1.核心技术栈\nA. 编程语言与框架：精通Java，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等框架，能独立设计支付核心模块的代码架构。\nB. 支付协议与标准：熟悉支付行业协议（如PCI-DSS、3DS、SWIFT、ISO 8583），具备支付网关、收单系统的设计或集成经验。\nC. 数据存储与中间件：掌握MySQL/Oracle 等关系型数据库的高并发设计，熟练使用Redis（缓存支付状态）、Kafka/RabbitMQ（异步处理交易）等中间件。\n2.系统架构能力\nA. 分布式架构设计：熟悉高并发支付系统的架构模式，掌握分布式事务（TCC、SAGA）、分布式锁、限流熔断等技术，能解决支付峰值（如大促）的性能瓶颈。\nB. 微服务与接口设计：具备支付领域微服务拆分经验，熟悉API 网关（Spring Cloud Gateway）、服务注册发现，能设计高兼容性的支付接口规范。\nC.
