Join us in shaping the future of finance and making a meaningful impact on a global scale.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through deal execution, client onboarding, and ongoing after-sales enablement, training, and support.\nDrive business development and commercial growth for the company’s institutional and private wealth business across APAC, promoting and selling a full range of products and solutions.\nBuild and execute market-specific go-to-market plans and sales strategies, aligned with regional priorities and targets.\nRepresent the company at regional industry conferences, events, and community activities to strengthen brand visibility and support marketing and promotion efforts.\nManage an active sales pipeline of prospective clients, while building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing customers.\nGather and translate client insights, product gaps, and service feedback into actionable recommendations to continuously improve product features, customer experience, and overall satisfaction.\nCoordinate cross-functionally (e.g., product, operations, compliance, marketing, and client success) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of sales experience in financial services\nPreferrably with exposure to Traditional/Crypto Exchange, Lenders, Custodians, Securities Brokerage, Private Banking, etc\nSolid experience in the crypto industry, with an existing network and the ability to generate and convert leads within private wealth and/or institutional segments.\nProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.\nStrong passion for crypto finance, with deep understanding of cryptocurrency assets, derivatives, and relevant trading/workflow processes.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
