Redox is an AI-forward company and expects team members to build fluency with our approved AI toolset.\nWilling to travel nationwide (5-10%).\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer).\n\nStrong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange.\n\nAbility to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.\n\nProven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) to support project work, documentation, or data analysis -
