Together they answer the question: what are my agents actually doing, and what is it costing me?\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join the team building it and working directly with users and customers. This includes the frontend as well as the backend and data layer - this data arrives at high volume, so how you store, aggregate, and query it is also an important part of the job.\nYou have:\n5+ years of experience in software development\n\nExperience delivering products end-to-end\n\nA track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where the requirements might change over time\n\nProduction experience using AI-assisted software development workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, etc) to accelerate prototyping, delivery, and operations\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nYou will:\nDesign and ship analytics features end to end across the full stack: React frontend, Go backend, Redpanda SQL storage layer, Postgres, Redpanda streaming, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform modules, and more.\n\nBuild the user-facing analytics features for Agentic Data Plane such as Audit Log, Transcripts and Agent Network\n\nEnsure our customers always have all the tools they need to analyze the performance of their agentic workloads\n\nShip features and iterate on real feedback loops rather than long design cycles\n\nWork in a globally distributed engineering team\n\nNice to Have\nReact / TypeScript for customer-facing UIs\n\nGo for backend development\n\nExperience working with high-volume data and the query/serving layer on top of it - SQL or streaming data pipelines\n\nExperience with analytical databases\n\nYou have built an analytics product, dashboards, or data-visualization features in the past\n\nU.S. base salary range for this role is $205,000 - $230,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
