We are committed to providing a safe workplace, developing our people, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nRedpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team at the Dugald River Project in Queensland.\nWorking as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load-haul-dump (LHD) equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.\n Safely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures. \nComplete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans. \nApply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe working environment. \nMaintain work areas to a high standard, including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup. \nComply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site-specific procedures at all times.\n Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment. \nCurrent Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded. \nValid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR, and Working at Heights certification. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. \nDemonstrated commitment to safety, consistently upholding Redpath's \"Safety -
