administrative departments at Head Office.\nGeneral:\nProvide payroll administration support such as collection, review, and entry of timesheets into Redpath systems\nProvide Human Resources support such as coordinating rotational travel, submitting employee documentation and ensure timely communication with head office\nLiaise with employees, Superintendent/Area Manager, and other members of the project team regarding training schedules, labour changes, etc. \nReceive materials and complete appropriate documentation\nCoordinate issue and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment and other supplies\nPerform receiving functions, shipping functions.\nMaintain up to date accurate filing of documents on incoming shipments\nMaintain inventory control of the warehouses and containers\nInventory : Identify and count parts, materials and equipment \nOperate company equipment as per valid certifications and training\nOrder supplies and create work orders as
