This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Global IT PMO Project Lead will also define and/or assist in the definition of project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Global IT PMO Project Lead supports the project life cycles, providing guidance on Redpath’s ITPMO success criteria and project management processes. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.\nSalary Range - 100,000 - 140,000\n Health and Safety\nHaving the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment\nFollowing Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions\nStrategy & Planning\nDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\nLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.\nMeet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.\nSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.\nPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.\nTrack project milestones and deliverables.\nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.\nDefine project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle.\nConduct project lesson-learnt and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.\nDevelop and follow best practices and tools for project execution and management.\nAny other duties as assigned.\nAcquisition & Deployment\nEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.\nDetermine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recommendations if necessary during project cycle.\nDraft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary.\nCollaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.\nConduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.\nOperational Management\nDirect and manage project development from beginning to end.\nDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. \nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.\nIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path.\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, presentations, and other related project reports.\nProactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.\nSupport/ manage workstream SNOW tickets (incidents/ requests), functional report development\nCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\nBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.\nEnsure internal general controls are considered throughout project life cycles and follow Redpath change management processes.\n Education\nRequired:\nUniversity degree or college diploma in the field of business administration, management information systems or equivalent practical experience\nBusiness Analysis training\nProject Management Fundamentals training\nConsidered an Asset:\nPMP Certification\nITIL Foundations Certification\nWork Experience:\nRequired: 5+ years prior experience in deployment and support of software system implementations in a global environment.\nKnowledge Required\nCompetent and proficient understanding of business application platforms \nIn-depth experience supporting HFM, Hard Dollar, InEight Cloud, SharePoint, Intelex Safety, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, InEight Document, PowerBi solution\nProven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products\nProven experience in Business Analysis with strengths in gathering and analyzing requirements, and proposing and executing solutions\nDemonstrated project management skills;
