This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.\nWorker Type - Contingent Worker\nContract Duration - 12 Months\n Health and Safety:\nHaving the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment\nFollowing Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions\nStrategy and Planning:\nMeet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues\nReview and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems\nIdentify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions\nAcquisition and Deployment:\nCollaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications\nConduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts\nPerform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions\nOperations Management:\nPrepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization, proposing solutions that are feasible and scalable\nEnsure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems\nReview query performance and optimize where required\nAssess and amend any errors in a timely fashion\nPrepare status reports where required\nPerform in-depth tests for modified and new system\nWork with and assist project teams on implementation or upgrades of new and existing business solutions\nConfigure and maintain applications at an administrative level and across multiple environments, including user security and other application configurations\nDevelop and configure reports to improve financial reporting and analysis\nPerform application data refreshes from production to development and test environments\nFollow proper change management processes when performing any changes to solutions\nResponsible for managing users and roles in Oracle Integration Cloud\nBuild, test, maintain application security roles and business objects\nUser management including administering user access requests for the provisioning of roles and data access, user categories and SSO groups, and deprovisioning following internal governance practices\nBI report creation and maintenance, including managing and maintaining Oracle BI, Microsoft PowerBi, and other reporting tools \nRisk Management creation, maintenance of model and controls, including model migrations and control deployments\nAdminister security incident assignments and related models and controls\nMaintenance of scheduled jobs within Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM and RMC\nWork with Oracle Support for issues as applicable\nEducation\nRequired: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.\nWork Experience:\nRequired: 3+ years’ experience in deployment and support of software systems implementations and global environment (cloud, hosted and on-premise platforms)\nOracle Risk Management Cloud 2 year preferred experience\nOracle Integration Cloud 2 year preferred experience\nKnowledge Required\nExperience with Microsoft PowerBi, Oracle BI Publisher, and OTBI report and data model development\nIn-depth technical and administration experience supporting applications and integrations across solutions\nExperience in the design, development, implementation and support of business solutions and systems\nExpertise in designing and building integrations with using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nThorough knowledge of OIC features such as Mappings, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages\nExperience in Web Services and client-server technologies\nDevelopment experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML based integrations\nShould have knowledge on OIC cloud adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, ERP, ATP)\nExperience in the operation and analysis of databases, data retrieval methodologies and importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts\nExperience with Oracle BI/OTBI report and data model development\nOracle Fusion Knowledge (technical, ERP, HCM) including basic functional knowledge of related modules (GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, OTL, Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Absence)\nKnowledge and hands on experience in applications such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle EPM, InEight Cloud, InEight Document, and Intelex Safety, applications is beneficial to this role\nDemonstrated project management skills;
