eFront.\nProvide system support and guidance to employees and stakeholders across the business.\nMaintain and update training curriculums, courses and learning content.\nCoordinate training requirements within the LMS across projects and operational teams.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date training and compliance records.\nDevelop and schedule regular training and compliance reporting.\nSupport the setup and development of training requirements for new projects.\nAssist with course development and ongoing updates within the LMS.\nIdentify opportunities to improve LMS functionality, processes and the overall user experience.\nWork closely with the Training and Compliance Manager and wider HSEQ team to support business requirements.\nProvide additional administrative support to the HSEQ team as required.\n About You\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll be someone who is comfortable working with systems, enjoys solving problems and understands the importance of accurate data and training records.\nEssential Requirements\nPrevious experience working with a Learning Management System or similar training platform.\nExperience developing, updating or maintaining courses within an LMS.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and current records.\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders.\nA proactive approach and strong commitment to internal customer service.\nHighly Regarded\nPrevious experience using eFront or a similar LMS platform.\nExperience within mining, resources, construction or another operational environment.\nExposure to training and competency management.\nExperience working with management systems and controlled documents.\nPrevious experience supporting training, compliance or HSEQ
