managing and coordinating engineering projects while ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPlanning, coordinating and delivering capital and operational projects across site.\nManaging project scopes, schedules, budgets and resources.\nCoordinating contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.\nMonitoring project progress and reporting on performance against key milestones.\nIdentifying and managing project risks, opportunities and change requirements.\nEnsuring projects comply with site standards, statutory requirements and engineering best practices.\nPreparing technical documentation, reports and project deliverables.\nSupporting procurement activities, contract administration and contractor management.\nDriving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.\nPromoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site safety requirements.\n About You\nYou are a proactive and solutions-focused engineering professional who enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment and building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.\nTo be successful, you will possess:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining or related discipline).\nPrevious experience delivering engineering projects within mining, resources, heavy industry or infrastructure environments.\nStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and achieve project objectives.\nExcellent communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.\nSound understanding of risk management and engineering standards.\nProficiency with
