Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduled electrical servicing across a large fleet of Raisebore Drills and associated equipment.\nThis role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting safe and efficient drilling operations.\n Key Responsibilities\nPerform breakdown repairs, fault-finding, and electrical maintenance on Raisebore drills and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.\nConduct preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and pre-start checks to maintain compliance with safety and statutory requirements.\nComplete all electrical work in accordance with relevant technical procedures, industry standards, and company policies.\nAttend and actively contribute to pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and complete JSAs and Safe Stops as required.\nPrepare accurate maintenance and shift reports, while ensuring compliance with client and company site procedures and operational requirements.\n About You:\nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:\nProven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding within underground mining, drilling, or heavy industrial environments.\nA current WA Electrical Licence and current CPR/EAR and Switchboard Rescue certifications.\nStrong knowledge of PLC systems, Allen Bradley drives, and the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.\nExcellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to respond effectively to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.\nA strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and compliance, supported by a valid manual driver's licence and a proactive work ethic.\n\nWhy Join Redpath?\nThis is a full time, long-term opportunity with excellent job security benefits:\nCompetitive hourly rates + super paid on all hours\nEven time roster for true work life balance\nOngoing training & OEM accredited trade courses\nClear career progression pathways\nPPE provided\nSalary Sacrifice options for Superannuation and Novated car leasing \nDiscounted health insurance with BUPA \nPrescription safety glasses reimbursement (up to $200) \nEmployee Assistance Program -
