We take pride in our superior service level and celebrate our employees - the heart of our company’s success\n Role Overview\nAn experienced Safety and Training Coordinator is required to support underground mining operations by driving safety performance and workforce capability. This role is responsible for coordinating training, ensuring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across site.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and maintain site training systems and compliance records\nSchedule and track mandatory training, VOCs, and refresher requirements\nDeliver site inductions and support onboarding processes\nAssist in the development and implementation of training programs\nSupport supervisors with competency management and workforce development\nMonitor compliance with statutory requirements and company standards\nParticipate in audits, inspections, and safety initiatives\nAssist with incident investigations and corrective actions\nMaintain accurate training matrices and documentation\nPromote a proactive safety culture across all departments\n Requirements\nExperience in a Safety and Training role within underground mining\nStrong understanding of mining safety systems and compliance requirements\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent\nExperience using learning management or training systems\nStrong administrative and organisational skills\nAbility to engage and communicate effectively across all
