Supervisor is responsible for leading underground crews to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.\nYou will provide frontline leadership, oversee daily mining activities, coordinate resources, and ensure work is completed in accordance with site plans and statutory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise underground mining crews during shift operations.\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across all activities.\nEnsure production and development targets are achieved safely and efficiently.\nCoordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimise shift performance.\nConduct pre-shift meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.\nMonitor compliance with site procedures, mining regulations, and statutory requirements.\nMentor and develop team members to support performance and capability growth.\nInvestigate incidents, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.\nPrepare and maintain accurate shift reports and operational records.\n About You\nTo be successful in this role, you will possess:\nSignificant underground mining experience, including supervisory experience.'\nStrong leadership and people management capabilities.\nExcellent communication and decision-making skills.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.\nSound understanding of underground mining methods and equipment.\nCurrent NSW statutory qualifications relevant to the role ESSENTIAL\nCurrent manual driver's
