designs, stope designs and extraction plans.\nDevelop mine schedules and sequencing plans to optimise production outcomes.\nMonitor mine performance and adjust plans and schedules as required.\nSupport Life of Mine planning and optimisation activities.\nAnalyse mining performance data to identify improvement opportunities.\nWork closely with Operations, Geology and Geotechnical teams to deliver practical planning solutions.\nProvide technical support to underground production and development activities.\nAssist with forecasts, budgets and planning deliverables.\nPrepare weekly and monthly planning reports.\nMonitor compliance against approved mine plans and schedules.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.\n About You\nDegree qualified in Mining Engineering.\n Experience in underground hard rock mining environments.\nStrong mine planning experience across short, medium and long-term planning horizons.\nExperience with development design, stope design and mine scheduling.\nProficient in mine planning software, with Deswik highly regarded.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nA collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.\nAustralian underground mining experience
