This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safe, profitable and high-performing operations while providing mentoring, support and governance to Project Managers and site leadership teams across multiple contracts. We are looking for a senior mining professional with a strong background in underground metalliferous operations and a proven ability to lead complex mining projects and client relationships.\nBased on an 8/6 roster with flexibility to meet operational requirements, you will spend the majority of your time on site, building strong client relationships, supporting contract performance and acting as the key escalation point for operational issues. operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide leadership across multiple underground metalliferous mining projects.\nManage and oversee assigned contracts to ensure successful project delivery.\nDrive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.\nLead operational strategy, workforce planning and resource allocation across projects.\nMonitor project performance, profitability, budgeting and cost control.\nSupport the preparation and review of tenders, submissions and contract documentation.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.\nLead, coach and develop Project Managers and site leadership teams.\nOversee recruitment, training and development of personnel across metalliferous operations.\nEnsure projects comply with safety, quality, environmental and training requirements.\nProvide timely and accurate operational and financial reporting.\nSupport project mobilisations, start-ups and operational transitions when required.\nManage floating site resources, including Utility Specialists and Graduate Engineers.\nDrive innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the mining operations.\nDemonstrated success managing multiple projects, contracts or sites.\nStrong commercial acumen and experience managing project profitability.\nExperience leading high-performing
