This role supports the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, proactively sources candidates through direct outreach and coordinates recruitment initiatives including career fairs and other talent attraction events. The Recruiter works collaboratively with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, strengthen the employer brand and support effective and timely hiring.\n Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding support. \nDevelop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, direct outreach, and relationship-building with qualified candidates. \nPartner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. \nMonitor candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and workforce availability to support staffing, project resourcing, and workforce planning initiatives. \nPrepare and maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards to support business decision-making. \nCoordinate and represent the organization at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent attraction initiatives. \nBuild and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, industry associations, and other external talent sources. \nPromote the organization as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. \nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, employer branding, and talent attraction practices. \nSupport site visits and participate in special Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.\nSalary Range (Base): $75,000.00 -
