# Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of successful recruiting for field employees in Canada. This role supports the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, proactively sources candidates through direct outreach and coordinates recruitment initiatives including career fairs and other talent attraction events. The Recruiter works collaboratively with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, strengthen the employer brand and support effective and timely hiring. Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, direct outreach, and relationship-building with qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Monitor candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and workforce availability to support staffing, project resourcing, and workforce planning initiatives.
