with operational teams and understands the important role that training, leadership and engagement play in creating a safe and productive workplace.\nYou may currently be working as a Safety Coordinator, Safety & Training Advisor, HSE Advisor, WHS Advisor, Safety Officer, Training Coordinator or HSET Coordinator within mining, mining services, construction or heavy industry.\nYou will bring:\nExperience in a safety-focused role within mining, construction or heavy industry.\nCertificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).\nCertificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE).\nCurrent First Aid & CPR qualifications.\nICAM investigation training or experience.\nStrong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and risk management practices.\nExperience coordinating workforce training and competency systems.\nStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong planning, organisation and
