Services and site stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising underground mine schedules to support safe and efficient production outcomes.\nThis is a site-based role where you'll work closely with underground operations to coordinate weekly, monthly and rolling three-month production schedules, monitor performance against plan and identify opportunities to improve productivity, schedule adherence and operational efficiency.\nThis position operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster, offering the opportunity to work on a leading underground gold mining operation while maintaining a strong work-life balance.\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain weekly, monthly and rolling three-month production schedules.\nCoordinate development, production and infrastructure activities.\nMonitor actual performance against schedule and identify improvement opportunities\nUpdate schedules based on operational performance and changing mine conditions.\nWork closely with Operations to ensure practical and achievable schedules.\nPrepare short and medium-term forecasts to support planning and decision making.\nTrack schedule compliance and highlight key risks, delays and opportunities.\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities through accurate scheduling.\nAssist with resource allocation and activity sequencing.\nParticipate in daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings.\nCoordinate with Mining, Maintenance and Technical Services teams.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance schedule reliability and productivity.\n About You\nDegree qualified in Mining Engineering.\n Experience in underground hard rock mining environments.\nExperience developing and maintaining mine schedules.\nExposure to short and medium-term planning activities.\nStrong understanding of underground mining operations.\nExperience using Deswik or similar mine planning software.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to build strong working relationships across operational teams.\nAustralian underground mining experience
