At Redpine, you will work directly with our data and founding team (ex-McKinsey, VC, Spotify) and own the outcome end to end. If you are hungry, ambitious, and ready to turn your drive into real impact from day one, this is your launchpad.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-end ownership: Take an urgent data request from a leading AI lab and own it all the way from first brief to final delivery with support from the team.\n\nPartner sourcing & outreach: Identify the right data partners and find creative ways to book meetings and build relationships with the key decision makers.\n\nDeal progress: Work with the data team and CEO to move partnerships from first contact to close by pitching, following up and building trust.\n\nAd-hoc projects: Support the wider team with strategic initiatives and administrative tasks to remove friction and accelerate deal flow.\n\nQualifications\nStrong drive: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, or similar field, who has consistently performed at a high level in academics or extracurriculars.\n\nExcellent communicator: You have strong written and verbal skills in English, and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.\n\nAgile fast learner: You grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, have a genuine interest in AI, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience is a plus: Previous work in high-growth startups, GTM, VC, or knowledge of sectors including health, finance, robotics and law, is a strong advantage.\n\nIn the end, mindset matters more than your CV. We look for people who believe anything is possible, thrive in ambiguity, act fast and see things through. \n\nWhy join Redpine?\nHelp advance AI in the areas that matters most by helping global frontier AI labs get compliant access to high-quality data. Work at the actual cutting edge of AI.\n\nWork in a global-first, AI-native, fast-growing company and have an impact from day 1.\n\nLearn from and have fun with a stellar team, bringing their expertise from McKinsey, Spotify, CERN, Sana, Deloitte, Pleo, and more.\n\nPracticalities\nPaid, onsite in central Stockholm.\n\n5 months, full-time.\n\nJan - May 2027.\n\nFirst intake closes Nov 1st. We review applications as they come in, so apply early.\n\nYou need the right to work in Sweden. Unfortunately, we can’t yet sponsor visas.\n\nAbout Redpine\nRedpine is an AI-native, global-first company building the knowledge layer for AI. We exist to advance AI in the areas that matter most by unlocking compliant access to high-quality, non-public, multi-modal data in fields like science, health, law, and finance.\nWe’re office-first in central Stockholm, but it’s fine to work from home when you need to. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team: if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, please apply anyway.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3074,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Sweden","iso":"SE","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Training Data & Annotation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-15T09:26:58Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":34,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:10:10Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/redpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/redpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-22T15:01:01Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":14502,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-23T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":689315},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=689315"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fredpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fredpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fredpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/redpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fredpine-gtm-internship-full-time-paid"}]}
