Our technical team is based in Poland, while our Marketing and Business Development teams are international, with people working across Europe and other parts of the world.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Front-End Developer & Web Designer to join our Technical team. You will build and maintain RedStone’s websites, landing pages, product pages and other web experiences. The role involves close collaboration with our Marketing team and Graphic Designer, turning Figma designs and visual concepts into polished, responsive and production-ready websites. \nWhat you will do\nBuild and maintain marketing websites, landing pages and product pages.\n\nTranslate Figma designs into production-ready front-end code.\n\nImplement website updates, new pages and product announcements.\n\nEnsure high visual accuracy across typography, spacing, layout and responsive behaviour.\n\nWork closely with Marketing and Graphic Design on new web experiences and iterations.\n\nUse modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up development.\n\nKeep the front-end code clean, maintainable and scalable.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nFluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate freely and confidently in English on a daily basis with international team members.\n\nStrong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern CSS/Tailwind.\n\nExperience building responsive marketing websites.\n\nGood knowledge of Figma and ability to accurately implement designs.\n\nGood understanding of UI/UX, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.\n\nStrong attention to visual detail.\n\nExperience working with designers and non-technical teams.\n\nComfortable using modern AI development tools.\n\nExperience in blockchain, fintech or a similar field is not required, especially at the initial stage of the recruitment process.
