This position requires the ability to deliver high quality customer service and dedication to our residents. Community Ambassadors (CAs) must possess the skills to cooperate and collaborate as a team. Teamwork is an essential characteristic of community building. \nRESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to):\nHelp residents with daily needs \nAssist other team members with projects and tasks \nHost and plan events for your community \n\"On-call\" responsibilities (lock-outs, nightly rounds, etc.) \nKeep in communication with residents and team members \nAbide by company policies and procedures \nAdministrative Front Desk tasks and duties \nGive property tours to prospective residents \nAttend meetings and required events \nEmpower other team members and residents by being a positive role model and leader at the community \nPlan and execute monthly activities for the assigned floors for residents \nAssist with on-campus housing fairs and other related marketing events \nParticipate in training as required \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExcellent verbal and written communication \nMust demonstrate excellent customer service skills \nBasic computer/Google Apps knowledge \nAbility to embody the Redstone Culture and Redstone’s Core Values every day \nAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
