The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property.\nKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-site\nManaging the property to the approved operating budget and overseeing the lease-up of the property\nCoordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals \nCollect rent and manage delinquency\nWork collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment. \nCreate a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residents\nBuild and maintain relationships with campus and community resources\nPromote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and ongoing job performance evaluations\nSubmit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.\nManage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects\nEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:\n3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management\n2+ years of property manager experience\n“Client-ready” professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience is required.\nDetail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, and P&L ownership are required\nAbility to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions\nExperience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus but not required.\nAbility to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office\nTeam Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed\nAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
