And we build experiences that make people proud to work here. \nThe Opportunity:\nWe're hiring a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of student and multifamily communities - and the Community Managers who run them. \nIn this role, you'll be the bridge between our on-site teams and the clients and investors who trust us with their assets. You'll coach Community Managers to hit their goals, partner with clients on performance and strategy, and spot the opportunities that grow asset value and resident satisfaction. \nAs part of Redstone's corporate leadership, you'll set the tone for your region - modeling our core values and bringing consistency, accountability, and energy to every property you touch. \nThis role is perfect for someone who: \nLoves developing leaders and watching their teams win\nIs as comfortable in a client meeting as on a property walk \nGets energized by KPIs, leasing velocity, and a well-built budget \nCan juggle multiple properties and priorities without dropping the ball \nBrings a “client-ready” presence and communicates with candor and care \nSees a challenge at a property and builds the plan to fix it \nWants a seat at the leadership table of a growing, ambitious company \nWhat You'll Own: \nAs our Regional Property Manager, you will: \nDrive financial performance - review P&Ls, balance sheets, and budgets with clients and Community Managers; deliver timely, accuratemonthly client reporting; and build professional annual business plans\nGuide budgeting - help Community Managers prepare and maintaintheir annual budgets, and oversee the right actions on delinquencies and evictions\nOwn leasing results - hold your region accountable to weekly and annual leasing goals by tracking velocity, conversion ratios, traffic, and local market data\nKeep leasing sharp - audit leases for accuracy, make sure every community uses all available leasing tools, and approve the right campaigns and commission structures\nLead and develop Community Managers - meet weekly to review KPIs and staffing needs, run quarterly reviews, and make hiring and termination decisions\nBuild lasting client partnerships - meet regularly with clients to review KPIs and financials, respond to their questions and concerns, and earn their long-term trust\nChampion the resident experience - resolve escalated resident and parent concernsand run our annual customer service survey\nProtect and grow asset value - operateevery asset in the client's best interest, ensure seasonal and life-cycle upkeep, and facilitateCapExprojects\nShow up on-site - visit each community at least quarterly for site audits and staff meetings, roll out policy and procedure changes, and keep offices organized, safe, and data-secure \nThis is the kind of role where your leadership shows up in the numbers - and in the people you develop along the way. \nWho You Are: \nYou're a leader at your core: someone who drives performance and cares deeply about the people delivering it. \nYou bring: \n6+ years of student housing or multifamily housing experience\n4+ years of experience as a property manager\nHands-on budget management and P&L ownership, with a working knowledge of financial reporting\nPreviousclient-facing experience and a polished, “client-ready” professional presence\nThe ability to manage multiple projects and processes at once - and stay steady under pressure\nExperience with Entrata or similar property management software\nQuick to learn new technology- Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management, and dashboarding tools\nA team-first leadership style that inspires high performance and delivers constructive feedback\nA detail-oriented work ethic \nBonus points if you have: \nExperience in both student housing and conventional multifamily\nExperience managing third-party assets for multiple ownership groups \nExperience overseeing CapEx or renovation projects \nCompensation & Schedule: \nStarting at $95,000 per year, plus the ability to earn an additional 20% of salarythrough performance bonuses. Full-time, salaried (exempt). \nLocation & Travel: \nThis is a full-time leadership role with regular travel, including quarterly visits to each community in your region.
