Temporary Turns Helpers may be assigned to groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, cleaning checks, or other basic duties as assigned. This position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties\nAssist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks\nSupport maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed\nDrive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)\nFollow safety protocols and company procedures at all times\nComplete assigned work efficiently and professionally\nCommunicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed\nMaintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPrior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required\nAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently\nReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic\nMust be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nValid driver's license may be required for driving roles\nWillingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines\nAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
