We focus on building highly scalable infrastructure that serves dozens of blockchain ecosystems while maintaining high performance and reliability.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for Backend Engineers (Mid and Senior) to help build and scale the next generation of Oracle infrastructure powering leading blockchain applications. In this role, you will work on distributed systems responsible for delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data across multiple blockchain ecosystems. You will join a team of 50 professionals, including nearly 30 engineers, the majority of whom are senior developers. Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate closely with our Poland-based engineering team to build infrastructure used by some of the largest protocols in DeFi, RWAs and institutional blockchain.\nCurrent Tech Stack\n Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript (Node.js), Go, Rust\n Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), GCP, Docker, Terraform\nDatabases & Monitoring: MongoDB, InfluxDB, Grafana\n Blockchain: Solidity\nYou don't need experience with every technology listed above. We're looking for strong backend engineers who are comfortable learning new technologies as they go.\nResponsibilities\nImplement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines\nParticipate in protocol design and optimization processes\nDeploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability\nRequirements\nStrong commercial backend development experience\nExperience designing and building scalable software\nAbility to write clean, maintainable and secure code\nStrong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions\nNice to Have\nExperience building distributed systems\nExperience with blockchain technologies or DeFi\nExperience running blockchain nodes\nKnowledge of modular blockchain architecture (rollups, sidechains, etc.)\nParticipation in programming competitions or hackathons\nExperience with blockchain, DeFi or Web3 is not required.
