This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.\nKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.\n Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.\n Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.\n Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.\n Participate in Redstone training as required.\nEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:\n Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)\n Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight\n Must have a friendly demeanor\n Must be able to work 4-6 hour standing shifts\nAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
