This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas and hallways are properly maintained. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained. \nAssist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties. \nConsistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork. \nMaintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas. \nEnsure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste. \nEnsure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers. \nParticipate in Redstone training as required.\nEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: \nRelevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning) \nDemonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight \nMust have a friendly demeanor \nMust be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts\nAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
