Our projects include healthcare drone logistics initiatives in rural and underserved regions of India.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Communications & Content Associate to support Redwing's external and internal communications.\nYou will work closely with our leadership, operations and project teams to tell compelling stories about our technology, partnerships and impact, with a particular focus on our healthcare drone logistics initiatives, including our UPS-supported project in Andhra Pradesh.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, healthcare and social impact, helping communicate how innovative solutions make a difference in people's lives.\nKey Responsibilities\nContent Writing & Storytelling\nDraft engaging LinkedIn and Twitter (X) posts, articles, newsletters, website content and project updates.\nDevelop impact stories, case studies and narratives based on project milestones, field experiences and operational achievements.\nTranslate technical and operational information into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.\nExternal Communications\nDraft professional emails, partner updates and other stakeholder communications.\nSupport communication materials for project partners, government stakeholders and institutional collaborators.\nAssist in preparing presentations, project briefs and communications for events and announcements.\nSocial Media & Digital Content\nDevelop and maintain a social media content calendar.\nCreate social media posts, captions and basic visual content using Canva or similar tools.\nCoordinate the collection and organization of photographs, videos and field stories.\nSupport basic video editing, subtitling and the preparation of short-form video content.\nInternal Communications & Coordination\nPrepare internal updates, announcements and meeting summaries.\nCoordinate with project and field teams to gather information and communication materials.\nTrack communication deliverables, follow up on inputs and coordinate approvals to ensure timely publication.\nRequirements\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.\nAbility to simplify technical information and communicate it to non-technical audiences.\nGood organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Google Workspace, Canva and basic content creation tools.\nAbility to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.\nInterest in technology, healthcare, development or social impact.\nWork Location & Travel\nHybrid work arrangement: Two days per week at our Bengaluru office, with the remaining three days working remotely (alternate Saturdays are working).\nOffice days will be coordinated with the team, with flexibility based on project requirements and important meetings.\nOccasional travel to project locations, including field sites in Andhra Pradesh and other parts of India, may be required for documenting project activities, gathering stories, coordinating interviews and capturing photo/video content.\nTravel may account for up to 25% of working time, depending on project needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Public Relations or a related field. Candidates from other backgrounds with strong writing skills are also encouraged to apply.\nPrevious internship or professional experience in content writing, communications, journalism or social media.\nAbility to understand, speak or read Telugu would be an advantage, particularly for reviewing field videos, interviews and local-language content from our Andhra Pradesh project.\nFamiliarity
