# Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Ensure data quality consistency and governance. Document data flows, schemes and business logic. Collaborate with other teams to support Power BI Prepare reporting. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines. Prepare semantic models and optimize DAX queries. Monitor and tune data warehouse performance. Troubleshoot data issues and pipeline failures. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL. Experience working with financial data, reporting, and analytics. Knowledge of DAX queries and semantic model design. Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred). Awareness of data governance and quality standards in financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams and communicate insights clearly. Good Latvian and English language skills in written and spoken.
