The role includes supplier selection, quality audits, non-conformance management, and close collaboration with Procurement, Production, and R&D. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate supplier-related quality risks.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, select and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN9100) and company requirements.\nMonitor and manage supplier performance using quality metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead supplier non-conformance management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proper documentation in collaboration with internal teams.\nDrive supplier development and improvement activities, supporting the use of quality tools such as 8D methodology reduce defects and quality-related costs.\nParticipate in mitigation supplier quality risks during supplier selection, changes, and throughout the product lifecycle.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, R&D, and Process Engineering to ensure supplier quality supports production, compliance, and new product development.\nEnsure quality wearehouse material complience with standards and material work flow within the wearehouse and ERP systems.\nSkills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanics or electronics).\nExperience and understanding of quality processes. \nUnderstanding of quality management systems and industry standards.\nExperience with quality methods and statistical analysis.\nHigh accuracy and sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work in dynamic conditions.\nGood communication and cooperation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in Latvian and English is required.\nWe Offer:Modern production facility with cutting-edge equipment and a dynamic work environment.\nSalary 2700 -3400 EUR gross per month.\nProfessional Learning and Development opportunities. \nHealth and children accident insurance, after probation time. \nAccident insurance from first day. \nAnnual bonus program based on performance. \nYearly salary review. \nFinancial support in special life situations. \nFree parking. \nJoin our team and grow your technical skills while working with world-class technologies!
