The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it.\nMaterial Flow Supervisor\nThe Material Flow Supervisor is a leadership role on the Operations and Inventory Planning team at Redwood Materials. This person will coordinate the efficient movement of materials to support production, coordinate the receipt of raw materials, and prepare shipment of finished goods. The Material Flow Supervisor will also build a team of Material Handlers, and mentor for professional growth and operational excellence. \nResponsibilities will include: \nLead, coach, and develop a team of associates to ensure shipping and receiving requirements are achieved. \nResponsible for safety compliance and training, especially as it pertains to material handling equipment. \nManage the internal flow of material to support production requirements. \nReceive inbound shipments from suppliers of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment. \nEnsure inventory accuracy, material availability, and material replenishment. \nFacilitate monthly physical inventory audits and work with the inventory control team to ensure that cycle counts are completed. \nDevelop and implement material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency. \nManage data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System and create reports to support management decision making. \nDesired Qualifications: \nBachelors degree preferred \nPrevious experience in warehousing and material flow required. \nExperience storing and transporting dangerous goods preferred. \nA passion for sustainability and making the world a better place \nThe position is full-time.
