They will play an important role in the implementation of new business processes that will be done through the Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, with user satisfaction prioritized. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the platform and helping to streamline business processes with other Sales technology tools such as Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Workday, SPIFF, Chargebee etc. \nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud platforms.\nManage Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.\nLeverage Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and CPQ to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process.\nBuild and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.\nIntegrate Salesforce with other business applications such as FinancialForce, Ironclad, Chargebee, and Workday Finance Management.\nIntegrate with external systems using REST APIs.\nPerform regular system audits, data integrity checks, and ensure platform security best practices.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues and integrations.\nMaintain proper documentation, including configuration changes, data mappings, and system architecture diagrams.\nStay updated on new Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing enhancements to drive business value.\nYOUR EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience preferred.\nCertified Salesforce Administrator.\nA minimum of 3 years with hands-on administration experience.\nSalesforce CPQ support experience is a plus.\nProficiency in AI tools to improve development efficiency.\nProactive communication including responsiveness.\nActive in the Salesforce community.\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.\nExcellent people skills.\nMotivated to learn and help.\nMust be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.\nIf you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nIf you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nTHE LEGAL BIT\nRedwood is an equal opportunity employer.
