You will build forecasts and scenario analyses that connect recurring revenue, customer trends, cloud delivery costs and investment decisions to Redwood’s financial outlook. Partner with Finance and business leaders to turn complex data into clear recommendations.\nThis hands-on role spans annual planning, long-range modeling, performance analysis and executive reporting. Your work will help leadership assess growth opportunities, improve SaaS unit economics and make informed decisions as the business scales.\nFinancial Modeling & Planning:\nBuild and maintain integrated financial models for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and cash flow, with clear assumptions and sensitivity analyses.\nModel SaaS revenue drivers, including bookings, renewals, expansion, churn and annual recurring revenue (ARR), in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations and Finance.\nSupport annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range plans; evaluate scenarios for growth, pricing, customer demand and infrastructure investment.\nPerformance Analysis:\nAnalyze actual results against forecast and plan across revenue, cost of revenue and operating expenses; identify the drivers of material variances.\nTrack SaaS metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention, gross margin and customer economics, and explain what changes mean for future performance.\nPrepare concise analyses and presentations that help leadership evaluate trade-offs, risks and opportunities.\nCollaboration & Communication:\nPartner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product and infrastructure leaders to validate model assumptions and inform business decisions.\nPresent financial findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders and translate complex analyses into practical recommendations.\nWork with the broader Finance team to improve forecasting processes, data quality and consistency in financial reporting.\nYOUR EXPERIENCE\n3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a SaaS or infrastructure software business\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field\nExperience with Workday or Adaptive Planning is a plus, but not required\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to work across Google and Microsoft productivity tools\nStrong financial modeling skills, including revenue forecasts, scenario analysis and SaaS metrics; experience modeling cloud costs or gross margin is a plus\nIf you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nTHE LEGAL BIT\nRedwood is an equal opportunity employer.
