technologies.\nDesign and optimise relational databases using SQL.\nBuild, deploy, and maintain applications on AWS and cloud-native environments.\nWork with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance and reliability.\nMentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, design discussions, and delivery.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong hands-on experience in Java 11+ and Spring Boot.\nExperience with Spring MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate, and enterprise application development.\nStrong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nProficiency in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.\nExperience with React and full-stack software development.\nHands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application architecture.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with automated unit and integration testing.\nStrong technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.\nExperience building and supporting highly available, scalable production systems.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Managed File Transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, or HTTPS.\nFamiliarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\n\nExperience and Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\n7+ years of hands-on Java application development experience.\n3+ years in a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.\nExperience architecting, developing, and
