The selected candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform to enable USSOCOM's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) mission. Must be located within one hour of Tampa, FL\nWorking as part of an Agile development team, this individual will collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, database engineers, and functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable financial management solutions that replace legacy systems and enterprise planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytics. Remote U.S. position. Occasional travel to Tampa required. Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize the OneStream platform to support PPBE business processes.\nDevelop and maintain business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, forms, and financial models within OneStream.\nDesign, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes.\nSupport migration of legacy Oracle data into the modernized SOCRMS environment.\nCollaborate with architects and functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain interfaces between OneStream and external systems, including master data management solutions.\nTroubleshoot application defects and implement corrective actions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\nDevelop technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment artifacts.\nSupport system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-deployment support.\nAssist with application performance tuning and continuous process improvement.\nSupport knowledge transfer activities and provide technical guidance to junior developers.\nEnsure all development activities comply with DoD cybersecurity, configuration management, and software development standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 8-10 years of software development experience.\nStrong experience configuring OneStream business rules, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.\nExperience developing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with relational database design, data modeling, and ETL development.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.\nDesired Qualifications\nOneStream Certified Professional (OCP).\nMinimum 2-3 years of recent OneStream implementation or development experience.\nExperience supporting DoD financial management systems.\nFamiliarity with PPBE, budgeting, programming, or resource management processes.\nExperience with TIBCO EBX or other Master Data Management solutions.\nExperience migrating enterprise applications from Oracle databases to SQL Server.\nExperience developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting
