We offer a guaranteed interview scheme for disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria.\nJob Description\nAre you a relationship-builder with a passion for improving health outcomes and engaging communities?\nDo you thrive on developing strategic partnerships, influencing stakeholders and driving participant engagement through innovative outreach activity?\nConsider the role of Partnership Manager at Reed Wellbeing.\nThis role will require you to live in Norfolk and have access to your own vehicle.\nPlease note that internal applications for this role will close on the 3rd November 2026.\nWhat the job is about:\nThe Partnership Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of local Stakeholder and Participant Engagement strategies across Reed Wellbeing services.\nYou will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners and community organisations to increase awareness of our services, strengthen referral pathways and support participant recruitment. Working closely with GP Practices, primary care networks, healthcare providers and wider community stakeholders, you will ensure our services are recognised as trusted and effective health interventions.\nAlongside stakeholder engagement, you will lead community outreach activity through a team of Health Champions, delivering targeted engagement campaigns, promotional events and awareness initiatives that encourage eligible participants to access our services.\nAs a key member of the local management team, you will contribute to service performance, continuous improvement and the achievement of contractual objectives.\nYour main responsibilities would be:\nDeveloping and delivering local stakeholder and participant engagement strategies.\nBuilding strong relationships with GP Practices, healthcare providers, community organisations and referral partners.\nCreating and maintaining effective referral pathways to increase participant referrals into services.\nRepresenting Reed Wellbeing at stakeholder meetings, forums and networking events.\nActing as the key point of contact for external stakeholders and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nIdentifying opportunities to collaborate with complementary services, including mental health, family support and voluntary sector organisations.\nPlanning and managing community engagement and promotional activities across service delivery areas.\nWorking alongside the Marketing Team to develop and implement engagement and communications plans.\nSupporting digital marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns.\nManaging and coordinating a programme of local outreach events and health campaigns.\nRecruiting, onboarding and managing a diverse team of volunteer Health Champions.\nEnsuring Health Champions receive appropriate training, support and ongoing development.\nMonitoring engagement activity, analysing outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve performance.\nContributing to service improvement initiatives and sharing best practice across the wider organisation.\nWhat's in it for you?\nA competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and access to excellent development opportunities.
