It is commissioned by the UK Government, specifically the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Workers can access up to 12 months of tailored support, with the primary aim to create employment opportunities through employer and trade union engagement and provide Workers with tailored employment support and training.\nThe Training Network Executive will support the operational management of the training supply chain, acting as the day-to-day contact for training providers and coordinating the delivery, monitoring, and administration of training provision across the NSJS programme.\nPlease note, the Training Network Executive may be required to travel around the UK when needed, including to Aberdeen where we will have an NSJS office.\nJust some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nSources and onboards relevant training providers based on the needs of Workers.\nLiaises with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess needs of our Worker caseload, identifying any gaps in existing provision.\nContinually map provision and service gaps, quickly implementing additional or alternative provision in response to any changes in services e.g. removal or changes to local services.\nMaintain positive working relationships with training providers to support effective delivery.\nEnsure training provision complies with programme requirements, policies and procedures.\nMonitor performance against agreed measures, targets and quality standards.\nSupport the identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of corrective actions where required, working with the Training Network Manager.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nA generous base salary (pro-rata for part time), and great flexibility with your working schedule, we offer training, development and progression opportunities.
