Cool, keep reading!\nJob Description\nYour role is to grow Reedsy's supply of creative publishing professionals (editors, designers, marketers, publicists, ghostwriters, translators, etc.), build relationships and optimize conversion.\nYou will:\nContribute to designing and implementing scalable lead acquisition ideas;\n\nReach out to top creative professionals and present Reedsy to them;\n\nOptimize the balance between supply and demand by crunching data and following KPIs;\n\nBuild customer funnels (design emails and in-app messages) to reactivate and educate users;\n\nOrganize webinars and create content to engage with our community; and\n\nLiaise with our Data Analyst to report on supply growth and create dashboards.\n\nRequirements\nThis role is for a technical marketer who wants to execute on their own ideas. Here's what we look for:\nAt least 3 years of experience in scaling acquisition for a startup, across both paid and non-paid channels;\n\nFamiliar with AB testing and conversion optimization;\n\nAbility to analyze performance data (using tools such as Google Analytics, Sheets or Data Studio) and use it to inform your decisions;\n\nExperience running webinars and online events;\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset; and\n\nStrong writing skills and native-level English speaker\n\nBonus Points\nFluent in multiple languages.
