hands-on expertise in building AI agents in Python.\n\nYou will work closely with an AI Solution Architect and product teams on a large Swedish client engagement.\n\nThis role is focused on designing, building, and operating complex agent-based and RAG-driven AI systems in backend environments, with a high degree of ownership and technical leadership.\n\nGeneral Profile\nSenior, self-driven engineer comfortable owning complex AI systems end to end\nStrong architectural thinking combined with hands-on implementation skills\nComfortable making technical decisions and guiding others through complex problems\nFluent professional English for written and verbal communication\nStrong focus on robustness, scalability, and long-term sustainability\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain advanced AI agents in Python that reason, plan, use tools, and complete complex multi-step tasks\nDevelop agent orchestration logic and interaction patterns based on the ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) paradigm\nEngineer prompts and context inputs that steer LLM behavior across chat, copilot, summarization, and automation use cases\nDesign and evolve sophisticated RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, indexing, retrieval, and response generation\nImplement and manage vector database integrations and semantic search workflows\nIntegrate LLMs with internal systems, customer-facing products, and third-party services via APIs\nEvaluate, tune, and optimize AI behavior with respect to accuracy, latency, cost, hallucinations, and consistency\nCollaborate closely with the AI Solution Architect on solution design and technical direction\nAct as a technical reference within the team for AI agent development\n\nKvalifikacijeApproximately 10+ years of professional software development experience\nAt least 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing AI- or LLM-based systems\nStrong hands-on experience developing AI agents and LLM-based systems in Python\nExperience building production applications using LLM APIs and foundation models\nStrong experience with LlamaIndex or similar frameworks for agent-based and RAG solutions\nGood understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and retrieval strategies\nExperience working with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant, or similar)\nExperience implementing agent reasoning, planning, tool invocation, and control flows (e.g. ReAct-style agents)\nExperience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and behavior tuning of LLMs\nStrong understanding of AI failure modes,
