If you enjoy organizing details, solving problems, and keeping things moving, this is an opportunity to make an impact supporting technicians nationwide.\nThis is a fully onsite administrative position based in Trenton, NJ.\nJob Summary\nThe Asset Coordinator ensures Field Service technicians have the tools, equipment, calibrated meters, and parts needed to perform their work. This role requires strong Excel and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate competing priorities and handle technician requests professionally.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the preparation, assignment, shipment, return, and tracking of tools, equipment, meter kits, and parts.\nPrepare equipment packages for new technicians and ensure timely delivery.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, technician assignments, and calibration certificates.\nMonitor calibration deadlines and coordinate meter kit returns, calibration, and replacements.\nRespond to technician requests, prioritize urgent needs, resolve routine issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.\nUse Excel to reconcile records, track outstanding items, and prepare reports.\nSupport the upcoming ERP implementation by organizing accurate records and learning new systems and workflows.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment availability, repairs, and shipments.\nProvide administrative support to Field Service leadership, communicate deadlines, and follow through on outstanding tasks.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications and Skills\nExperience in administrative coordination, service operations, equipment coordination, logistics, or a related role.\nStrong Excel proficiency, including formulas, lookup functions, sorting, filtering, and tracking spreadsheets.\nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams, with the ability to learn new software.
