Assembly experience is a plus, and strong knowledge of inventory practices is highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, assembly, and general warehouse functions.\n* Serve as a flexible resource and **rover between operational areas** based on workload, staffing needs, special requests, and projects.\n* Perform inventory-related activities, including counting, verification, organization, and reconciliation.\n* Perform assembly activities accurately and in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.\n* Support shipping and receiving activities, including order preparation, material handling, verification, and documentation.\n* Complete tasks that may involve manual processes outside of the primary operating systems.\n* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory, documentation, and other critical operational information.\n* Identify issues, think critically, and determine appropriate next steps or escalate when necessary.\n* Assist with process improvement initiatives, special projects, and other operational assignments.\n* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.\n* Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work environment.\n* Perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n* Previous warehouse or distribution experience required;
