This position works closely with Program Management and other departments to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and program data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide meaningful information to support business decisions.\nThe Senior Data Analyst serves as a key resource for program-related data and reporting and is responsible for ensuring information is accurate, organized, and presented in a clear and useful manner. This position requires an experienced professional who can independently manage analytical assignments, develop reporting, and provide insights that support program performance and organizational objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems and sources to support Program Management and business needs.\nAnalyze program performance and results to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve recurring reports, spreadsheets, performance measures, and other reporting used by Program Management and leadership.\nReview and validate information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nIdentify data discrepancies and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues and improve data accuracy.\nTranslate data and findings into clear, meaningful information to support business decisions.\nIdentify patterns and trends in business and program data and communicate significant findings to management.\nWork closely with Program Management to understand reporting needs and provide analysis to support programs, projects, and departmental initiatives.\nCollaborate with other departments to gather information, understand business needs, and support company-wide initiatives.\nPrepare reports, presentations, summaries, and analytical materials for management and leadership review, including recommendations based on data findings.\nLead data-related assignments, research, special projects, and business improvement initiatives, and provide analytical support to cross-functional projects as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data organization, accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, program analysis, or a related role.\nDemonstrated experience independently managing data analytics and interpreting business requirements and trends.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other business analytics tools.\nExperience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting information from multiple business systems and data sources.\nDemonstrated experience developing reports and presenting findings to management or business leaders.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality.\nAbility to identify trends, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, assignments, and deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities while collaborating effectively across departments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience with Freshdesk or a comparable ticketing platform.\nPrior experience with business forecasting and capacity planning.\nExperience supporting environmental monitoring systems in healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or other regulated environments\nCore Competencies\nData analysis and interpretation.\nAnalytical and critical thinking.\nAccuracy and attention to detail.\nProblem-solving and sound judgment.\nBusiness and program understanding.\nClear written and verbal communication.\nEffective planning, organization, and prioritization.\nOwnership and accountability.\nCross-functional collaboration and teamwork.\nAbility to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.\nCommitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.\nWork Environment\nThis is a full-time Program Management position requiring regular interaction with Program Management, leadership, and other departments throughout the organization. The position requires extensive use of a computer, Microsoft Office, company business systems, and other communication and reporting tools.\nThe role works across departments to obtain and analyze information, develop reporting, identify trends, and support program and business objectives.
