This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is motivated, organized, adaptable, and willing to travel to get the job done right.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProject Execution & Oversight\nManage projects from award through closeout\nConduct site inspections and document existing conditions\nCoordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors\nTrack budgets, timelines, and overall project progress\nReview plans, scopes, contracts, change orders, and reports\nEstimating & Pre-Construction\nPerform takeoffs from plans and field conditions\nAssist with estimates using Xactimate, QuickBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools\nCollect and evaluate subcontractor pricing\nSupport value engineering and cost-saving opportunities\nCommunication & Teamwork\nCollaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Field teams\nCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders\nProactively report project status, risks, and solutions\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired\nStrong work ethic and willingness to travel\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred (Not Required)\nExperience in construction, renovations, painting, or related trades\nFamiliarity with estimating tools (Xactimate, QuickBid, Stack, Bluebeam, etc.)\nUnderstanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and basic building codes\nTravel Requirement\nRegular travel throughout New England, with occasional travel beyond
