risks.\nOwn client retention through excellent execution and relationship management.\nDrive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue growth, and lead generation.\nClient Management\nBuild trusted relationships with clients and become their strategic SEO partner.\nLead recurring client meetings and present SEO strategies, results, and recommendations.\nManage expectations, timelines, priorities, and difficult conversations when needed.\nOwn escalations and proactively resolve issues before they impact client satisfaction.\nCoordinate upsell and expansion opportunities together with the leadership team.\nTeam Leadership\nCoordinate SEO Specialists, Analysts, and Project Managers across multiple accounts.\nPrioritize initiatives based on business impact and available resources.\nEnsure clear ownership and accountability across the delivery team.\nSupport the professional development of SEO team members through feedback and mentorship.\nRaise resourcing or allocation risks early and propose solutions.\nSEO Strategy & Quality\nReview and validate technical SEO audits and recommendations.\nReview content strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.\nGuide technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawling, indexing, internal linking, migrations, and performance optimization.\nAnalyze Organic Search performance and identify strategic opportunities.\nReview competitive analysis, keyword research, GAP analysis, and benchmarking.\nEnsure recommendations are data-driven and focused on measurable business impact.\nMaintain high standards across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and reporting.\nProcess & Documentation\nEnsure documentation standards are consistently followed.\nMaintain healthy project documentation across accounts.\nIdentify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements.\nContribute to the evolution of SEO methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.\nRequirements\n6+ years of proven experience in SEO.\nStrong experience across Technical SEO, Content SEO, and On-Page SEO.\nExperience leading SEO strategies for multiple clients or large-scale websites.\nExperience managing client relationships in an agency environment.\nStrong understanding of business metrics beyond SEO performance.\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush (or similar platforms), Google Keyword Planner, and Looker Studio.\nExperience analyzing SEO performance and translating insights into business recommendations.\nExperience with Ecommerce SEO and Shopify SEO is a plus.\nExperience managing website migrations is a plus.\nFunctional knowledge of HTML and CSS.\nPython, SQL, or automation experience is considered a plus.\nExperience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder
