If you’re ready for your work to matter, we’re ready to hear from you!\nWe’re currently growing our team of Artisans with variable hour forklift operators.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nPerform daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operating conditions & document according to company policy. \nSafely operate variable-reach and/or rough-terrain straight mast forklifts to move, unload, and load piping, hoses, valves, baskets, and related components. \nSecure loads using appropriate tie-down methods to prevent shifting or damage during transport. \nAdhere to all site-specific protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies 100% of the time. \nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum 1 year of experience in operating forklifts, both variable-reach and/or rough-terrain straight mast. \nValid Driver’s License and TWIC Card \nPrefer valid forklift certification (non company-specific) \nFamiliarity with industrial safety standards, including OSHA regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. \nPerforms work safely in all settings. \nWorking Conditions / Physical Demands\nDuration of Workhours During Project Executions: \nTypically, 10-12 continuous hours that may extend up to 16 - 18 hours if an emergent need exists, for up to 14 days in a row. \nDay shift and/or night shift. \nWorking Conditions During Project Executions: \nUneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings. \nOutside locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, and other forms of inclement weather. \nRoutine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA-TWA. \nPhysical Demands: \nLifting and carrying up to 40lbs., without assistance. \nStanding and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks. May exceed 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day. \nBending and stooping repeatedly and performing task including twisting or turning valves and using wrenches and hand tools. \nTravel Requirements\nAbility to travel 150 - 200 nights per year to multiple North American markets for supporting a growing list of clients.
